The service
- Ink2Cal turns a plan you capture — a photo of handwriting, a screenshot, a voice note, or typed text — into calendar events that you confirm.
- You review every plan before any event is written to your calendar.
Your content
You retain all rights to the content you capture. We claim no ownership of it. Our Privacy Policy explains what is processed and how.
Free allowance and Ink2Cal Pro
- New users receive a one-time allowance of 100 free events. This allowance does not reset.
- Ink2Cal Pro provides 2,000 events per month, resetting on the first day of each month. Pro is billed through Google Play at the price shown in the app.
- An event is one item that Ink2Cal adds to your calendar. A short entry such as “gym at 6pm” counts as one event; a full page counts as the number of events it produces. Notes, tasks and priorities are not counted. The same count applies whether the plan was photographed, spoken or typed.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Google Play account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies.
- We may change prices or allowances for future billing periods, with notice provided in the app. Your current billing period is not affected.
Acceptable use
Ink2Cal is provided for personal planning. You agree not to:
- access the service using automated tools, scripts or bots;
- resell, sublicense or share your allowance, or attempt to circumvent the free allowance (for example, by repeatedly resetting or falsifying a device identifier);
- attempt to extract our credentials, or access our relay other than through the Ink2Cal app;
- submit content that you do not have the right to submit, or that is unlawful.
We may apply reasonable technical limits, and may suspend or terminate access, to prevent abuse, automated use or use that degrades the service for others. In normal use this does not affect you: the published allowance is well in excess of what personal planning requires.
Availability
Ink2Cal relies on services we do not control, including Google’s AI, Google Play and the calendar on your device. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and the service is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Accuracy
Ink2Cal interprets handwriting and speech using artificial intelligence, which is not infallible. You review each plan before it is written to your calendar, and that review is your safeguard against errors. We are not responsible for a missed appointment or a misread entry; please verify each plan before confirming it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
